Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you order: your email, the URL to diagnose, optional context, and order/delivery records. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

How we use it

Only to produce and deliver your report, send order and delivery notifications, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

Third-party services

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (orders and report storage), OpenRouter (AI models), Emailit (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). Content from the URL you submit is provided to AI models to produce the report.

Report privacy

Reports are private by default: delivered via unguessable links, not indexed by search engines, and only published if you explicitly opt in.

Retention and deletion

Orders and reports are retained as needed for operations and compliance. Email hello@megacmo.com to request access or deletion.
