Terms of Service

MegaCMO (the "Service"), operated by Tenten, provides marketing diagnosis reports produced by AI models with business-consultant review. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Nature of service and delivery

Every report is custom digital content generated on demand from the URL and context you submit. Light targets delivery in as little as 10 minutes; deep-dive plans within 24 hours. Reports are delivered by email as a private link.

Payment and refunds

Prices are charged in TWD via Stripe. Because production begins immediately upon payment, orders are non-refundable and statutory cooling-off periods for custom digital content do not apply. If a delivered report is materially defective, contact us within 7 days for a free re-run or credit.

Data and intellectual property

Reports are produced from public data and are yours to use once delivered; the methodology, templates, and brand remain ours. Reports are for business reference only and do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice.
