YUAN

YUAN is a Taiwanese cleansing and care brand that started from herbal handmade soap in 2005 and now holds an owned Yangmingshan herb farm, 17 published retail and department-store locations, a first-party app, a LINE official account with 95,179 friends, and B Corp certification since April 2023, making it one of the few players in this lane able to trace its story down to the soil. Its growth friction sits neither in product nor in distribution but in a digital estate that flattens brand equity into a bare product catalogue: the store runs as a 91APP tenant where product URLs look like /SalePage/Index/11991151, categories like /v2/official/SalePageCategory/596645, and articles like /Article/Detail/99579. The sitemaps expose 213 product URLs and 49 articles, while the category sitemap lists 126 entries that collapse to just 59 distinct URLs, 48 of them repeats of a single placeholder at /SalePageCategory/1. Fetching all 213 product URLs returned 212 readable pages, of which 211 share one identical brand boilerplate meta description and exactly one carries bespoke copy; product pages ship an h1 with no content and no review markup, so twenty years of content and certification are close to invisible to search engines and AI answer surfaces. The enterprise line matters more. The site already runs two corporate gifting pages. /page/corporate_gifts is titled for corporate ESG sustainable gift boxes and green procurement, tags itself with corporate gifting and ESG gift-set keywords, and quotes the national sustainable development award and B Corp status in its description, yet delivers its whole body as 16 images with no alt text. The other page, /page/corporate_giftso, is the one that actually merchandises customization, co-branding and wedding favors, and it ships no meta description at all. Neither page publishes a price band, a minimum order, a lead time, or an online inquiry form. That is where the largest opportunity sits: YUAN has already written the keyword it most deserves to win into a page title and then locked the answer inside images. Rebuilding the B Corp certification and own-farm traceability into an indexable, self-serve, quotable corporate ESG gifting funnel would let it meet fellow B Corp Chatzutang, which has already productized corporate gifting, hotel amenities, wedding favors and company visits, on equal terms.
