SurveyCake
SurveyCake is a Taiwan-built enterprise survey SaaS operated by 25sprout, a company registered in Taipei in 2012. It runs a free-for-life BASIC tier into self-serve PRO at NT$990 per month and TEAM at NT$3,000 per month, then lifts ticket size through a quote-based ENTERPRISE tier and six add-ons: LeadGen, Audience, E-Tickets, XM, identity verification, and event management. Its largest owned asset is a 1,072-URL content library covering 339 Chinese blog posts, 164 survey templates, 149 help-center articles, and 25 customer case studies, and that asset is currently declared on the wrong hostname. The Webflow publish domain is set to www-webflow.surveycake.com, so all 1,072 loc entries and every hreflang alternate inside the sitemap served at www.surveycake.com point at that staging host, any canonical URL carrying a trailing slash 301s onto it, and legacy blog.surveycake.com traffic is first sent to a trailing-slash canonical URL and then bounced onto the staging host. The inline GTM loader treats any hostname ending in surveycake.com as production, so the staging host writes into production container GTM-PSDKGNF and pollutes measurement, while the page's staging noindex script only matches webflow.io and staging.svy.do and therefore never fires on that host, which answers HTTP 200 and is fully allowed in robots.txt. A second friction layer sits in content conversion. Of the blog's five categories (survey design, feature guides, use cases, enterprise must-reads, and partner columns), the largest is feature guides at 128 posts, and it is sub-filed by plan tier rather than by buyer problem, reading as feature documentation. The site carries no newsletter signup and no gated asset that trades value for a lead. The English blog holds only 21 articles across 28 URLs including its index and category pages, and every one of those articles sits in the feature-guide category. The single biggest opportunity is clear: reclaim the publish domain and the sitemap for www.surveycake.com, then rewrite those 1,072 pages from plan-tier feature docs into problem-first demand capture for enterprise experience management and market research, so the most expensive product line finally earns organic search.
