Jing Chi

Jing Chi runs a dense multi-site clinic chain around a single reassurance narrative: the live directory lists fourteen named institutions across five regions, the service overview carries 114 unique treatment URLs, and video, press, charity, and testimonial libraries run alongside. Its growth friction is not awareness but a digital layer that still behaves like a brochure. Page-by-page checks on 2026-07-30 found no patient-facing consultation or booking form anywhere; the only HTML form on the site is the Contact Us block on the recruitment page. All fourteen institutions funnel into one shared 0800 line and one directory row, with no per-clinic landing page. robots.txt and sitemap.xml both answer HTTP 200 with a File Not Found page, and so does any path that does not exist. No canonical tag or JSON-LD structured data was detected, and the apex and www hosts both return 200 without redirecting. Four separate Google Tag Manager containers load on every page (GTM-5DRFVRK, GTM-N72PSXT, GTM-P7FS3BM, GTM-THRKXBX4), and inner pages reuse a stacked keyword string as their og:description. The service overview goes further and prints the same eighty-two-item treatment list under all twelve category headings, so the categories filter nothing. Most tellingly, the aftercare hub, the most compliant and most trust-building content type available to a regulated clinic, currently holds a single entry, while physician profiles that already publish education and manufacturer certifications have no local or booking path to feed. The single biggest opportunity is to convert the fourteen physical sites into fourteen indexable, bookable local pages, feed them with an aftercare and consultation-process content engine, and first consolidate the four measurement containers into one governed setup so brand demand that today disappears into an untracked phone call can be captured, routed, and attributed.
