JU Clinic
JU Clinic, which signs its pages in English as Just You Aesthetic Clinic, is a self-pay medical brand built on plastic surgery and extended into aesthetic medicine, hemorrhoid and intimate-area surgery, and hair restoration. It runs five sites at the Xinsheng South Road main clinic, the Dunhua North flagship, Zhubei, Taichung, and Luodong, all sharing one 0800 line, one mailbox, and one LINE account, and it courts cross-border Chinese-speaking patients through a dedicated overseas page plus WeChat, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp. Content volume is not the constraint: the sitemap carries 797 URLs, the team page lists 32 physicians across three pages, the testimonial section runs 21 pages of 15 stories with 8 on the last, roughly 308 in total, and the physician column already holds long-form cost and patient-education pieces. The friction sits in three structural gaps. First, institutional identity: the site gives each of the five locations a different full institution name and publishes no unified business number, practice licence number, or approved scope anywhere. Matched against the ministry list of institutions approved for specified cosmetic surgical procedures, updated to 30 June 2025, four of those names appear, two under Taipei City, one under Hsinchu County, and one under Taichung City, while the name used for the Luodong site does not appear in that edition. That list covers only specified cosmetic surgical procedures and this report draws no wider conclusion from the gap, but it shows exactly why the clinic should publish its own institutional detail rather than leave a reader to reconcile a government PDF. Second, compliance exposure is concentrated where visitors actually look: physician roles are written as honorific titles rather than verifiable credentials, the testimonial library leans on undated before-and-after imagery at scale, and the Motiva procedure page embeds AggregateRating structured data claiming 4.9 from 677 ratings. All three need an audit and a rewrite under Chapter 5 of the Medical Care Act and the rules on medical institutions' internet information. Third, and this is the largest opportunity, the overseas page explicitly courts cross-border patients while the site runs only Traditional and Simplified Chinese, the appointment form's home-region picker offers four Taiwan-only options, robots.txt never points to the sitemap that already exists, and the Zhubei branch page is missing from that sitemap altogether. Completing the institutional disclosure, finishing the compliance rewrite, and rebuilding the overseas path into a multilingual, routable, measurable international-patient flow is the shortest and most valuable stretch of road in front of this brand.
