YohoPower
YohoPower is a Taiwan supplement D2C brand that grew out of probiotic sachets, earning revenue from one-off orders on its own store, a recurring subscription plan, and an authorized channel network spanning Cosmed and Watsons stores plus pharmacy, maternal-child, and clinic-only editions. It holds assets that are rare in this lane: ingredient pages that name suppliers and origins, a safety section that lists the analytes tested for each item and links out to the Super Laboratory display platform, and a 100-day satisfaction guarantee under which an opened official-store item can still be refunded in full. The problem is that none of these assets connect to each other. The safety page carries analyte names only, while report dates, tested samples, and results sit off site. Product pages already carry Product structured data, but it holds no testing or sourcing fields and links back to neither the safety page nor the ingredient page, so neither search engines nor AI answer surfaces can read the evidence layer and no shopper can use it at the moment of decision. Friction concentrates in three places. Both subscription cancellation and the 100-day guarantee are handled only by a staff member over the official LINE account or the toll-free line, with no self-service control. The returns page states that an opened package counts as purchased and cannot be returned, which directly contradicts the 100-day page's promise of a full refund even after opening, and the two pages never link to each other. The VIP page publishes no tier thresholds while requiring fourteen days without a return before an order counts and expiring rewards after 180 days. The technical picture is a governance problem too: one flat sitemap lists 970 URLs sharing a single lastmod value, among them /pages/about-us, /pages/frontpage, /pages/terms, /pages/refund, /pages/privacy and several test pages that are still unfilled default templates, while the homepage source loads two GA4 measurement IDs and ten Google Tag Manager containers at once. The single biggest opportunity is to promote auditable testing, sourcing, and refund commitments from public-relations material into an indexable, item-bound trust layer that drives renewals, buying repeat purchase with transparency rather than discounting and without touching any efficacy language.
