JhuJian
JhuJian Happy Hotpot is the founding hot pot brand inside TPEx-listed JhuJian Catering (7723) and the traffic entry point for an 18-brand group. Its problem is not awareness but scale outrunning system. May 2026 revenue of NT$349 million was up 12.93 percent month on month yet down 21.2 percent year on year, and January to May came to NT$1.747 billion, down 18.97 percent, so the growth engine is clearly no longer new openings. What is underrated is the gap between the digital assets that already exist and what search can actually see. The brand has already published a page for every store, and the content is substantial: format such as vegetarian buffet bar, grill combo, or light format, plus phone, address, hours, an introduction, parking guidance, and a booking button, all server-rendered as text. But every one of those pages shares the single title JhuJian Happy Hotpot Locations, every meta description and og:title and og:description is empty, there is no canonical tag, and no Restaurant structured data appears anywhere on the site. The highest-intent local queries such as Taichung hot pot or Banqiao hot pot are therefore not unserved for lack of a page; the pages exist and cannot be told apart, which hands the slot to aggregators and bloggers for free. At the same time all three decisive actions leave the site: reservations go to Inline, ordering goes to a Linktree link page, and membership goes to LINE plus Ocard, so the official site owns almost no customer data. Points start counting the day after a visit, expire in 63 days, and are redeemable only on the next visit, which makes loyalty a funnel that empties itself rather than a lifetime-value asset. The biggest opportunity is not more stores but making the assets already built findable, then adding a retention and off-premise layer: give each store page its own title, description, and structured data, join Inline bookings, Ocard points, and store POS into one customer view, and turn the ecommerce platform the group already announces as coming soon into real vouchers and hot pot home delivery, so existing guests generate a second and third purchase without a single new opening.
