Louisa Coffee
Louisa Coffee is a Taiwan-born chain founded in 2006, opened to franchising in 2012, and now marking its twentieth year with actor Greg Hsu as brand ambassador while running roughly 220 company-operated and 330 franchised stores against a stated 2026 plan of 30 new direct stores, about 20 multi-brand restaurants, and NT$4 billion in revenue. It has effectively become an all-day dining group rather than a value coffee brand. The growth friction is not store density but a digital estate that badly lags the physical one: the official site publishes 30 espresso items, 86 light-meal items, and nine boxed drip and steeped coffees with prices, yet offers no cart, no item-level pages, no checkout, and no owned online store. Four of the six contact topics exit to Google Forms, including the only gift-certificate purchase route and a customer-feedback button that points at a form editing URL ending in /edit, franchise interest is served by nothing but a Google Form and a LINE button, and support runs Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with no published headquarters address or phone. The Black Card is the only membership asset on the site, but it has no standing page: its benefits appear only inside dated campaign posts, such as five points redeeming a 10 percent discount on any drink and a half-price second coffee before 11am. Allergen data sits in 5 image files and nutrition data in 12 more, 17 images with no readable text at all, unchanged even after the 8 July food-safety statement. The technical picture is just as loose: louisacoffee.com, louisacoffee.co, and louisagroup.com carry near-identical content, the latter two being byte-for-byte mirrors of each other, the homepage product and order card points at louisacafe.com which no longer resolves, and investor filings and monthly revenue are reached through TinyURL links. The tag stack is actually complete, with two GTM containers, GA4, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel all present in the page source, yet there is no attributable conversion event on the owned domain for any of it to measure. The single biggest opportunity is to pull the existing catalogue and the Black Card back onto the owned domain: ship transactional bean, drip-bag, and gift-certificate commerce on louisacoffee.com and build an indexable membership hub plus branch-level local content, so demand created by the anniversary calendar and the all-day dining pivot converts on an asset Louisa can measure instead of leaking into forms and third-party marketplaces.
