Sunhair
Sunhair is an independent Taipei salon that started on Yanji Street in the East District and now runs three branches, Yanji flagship, Stage, and Jinan, with fifteen designers split four, five, and six, and a ticket that stacks from a NT$700 cut up to perms and color past NT$5,500. Its growth friction is neither craft nor reputation: the entire digital estate is frozen in 2020. The footer still reads 2020, the trend column holds twelve untouched English theme-demo posts, nine of them dated 10 February 2020 and several still carrying Lorem ipsum body text, the portfolio contains exactly two entries filed under a leftover demo category called Fashion, the three branch phone numbers are plain text rather than tappable links, and there is no booking form, no clickable LINE link, and no online reservation button anywhere on the site. The fifteen designers appear as a name and the single word designer, with no profile page, no specialty, no portfolio attribution, and no way to request them by name. The consequence is that the brand's strongest asset is being custodied by outside platforms: the pages that are actually findable, that carry reviews and prices, and that accept a paid booking, are a designer's personal profile on a booking platform and an offer page on a group-deal site, and the relationship and the contact record stay there. That is exactly where the opportunity sits. Turning fifteen designers into fifteen indexable, requestable, online-bookable designer pages, backed by a LINE official account booking route and tappable phone links, pulls existing East District demand back from platforms and coupon sites into an owned channel, and moves the ticket from a one-off cut toward the higher-value color, perm, and treatment menu.
